What if multiple people are logged into my Sensi account and one of them changes a thermostat’s setting from geofencing to scheduling, or visa versa?


When your Sensi account has multiple mobile devices associated to it, and any person changes from “Geofencing” mode to “Programmed schedule” or “No schedule” mode, it will cause all of the mobile devices on the account to change to that mode.


When a person changes from “Programmed schedule” or “No schedule” mode to “Geofencing” mode, it will cause only that one person’s mobile device to be in “Geofencing” mode. The other mobile devices in that account will change to “No Schedule” until they opt into “Geofencing” mode as well. This allows users to decide which mobile device(s) they want to control the geofencing temperature triggers.
