How to turn off smart alerts, service reminders and notifications

You can opt out smart alerts, service reminders and notifications by turning them off through the Sensi app. 

• Open the Sensi app.
• Tap on the person icon (iOS) or the 3 vertical dots (Android) in the upper right-hand corner.
• Tap on Email and Notifications. 
• Toggle any of these on or off, depending on your preference.
